In accordance with the Guidance for Modifications to the Grid Code which can be seen at https://www.soni.ltd.uk/media/documents/SONI-_Grid-Code-Governance_Published.pdf SONI are required to consult on Modifications to the Grid Code. SONI are consulting on a modification to ensure that all references that were made in OC2.9.1 and to simplify the System Operator Agreement definition.
When the Requirement for Generators EU Network Codes were introduced to the Grid Code it had an unintended impact on the references in OC2.9.1 which SONI have looked to correct at the earliest opportunity. SONI have also taken the opportunity to simplify the definition of the System Operator Agreement.
SONI are seeking responses to the Housekeeping Modifications which can be viewed below. We would like to thank all stakeholders and interested parties who respond to this consultation.
